When will you receive your order?

Delivery can take up to (8) working days, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Our courier takes on average two working days for delivery to major centers and three working days for outlying or regional areas. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

Returns / Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy.

Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by the Provider or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the Provider will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within Seven (7) days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, the Provider will refund the purchase price including delivery cost within 7 working days in form of a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

When you have been notified that your refund has been processed, please allow 48hrs for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

If you have not received a refund within the time frame given to you, first check your bank account again.

Delivery policy

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Stock that is readily available will be handed over to a courier company on the next working day.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
